This policy is nearly nonsensical for a law office, but our phone provider requires us to have a posted policy.
Collection of Phone Numbers
We collect your phone numbers only when you voluntarily provide them to us, generally in an initial contact with our office. We do not send marketing messages.
Use of Phone Numbers for SMS
Your phone numbers are primarily used to send or receive information about your case via voice calls. We may use SMS messages when it is expedient. SMS messaging charges may be applied by your carrier. We do not share your phone number with anyone.
Opting Out of SMS
If at any time you wish to stop receiving SMS from us, you can opt out by
