Spencer R. Bankhead

Attorney

Spencer R. Bankhead fiercely advocates for workers and executives from pre-litigation negotiations through trial.

Prior to joining Elite Employment Law, Spencer practiced at a world-leading law firm where he designed and audited executive compensation packages, incentive plans, and employment structures for corporate clients. Today, he channels that inside knowledge directly into defending employee rights and holding companies accountable.

Spencer’s mastery of both legal and business matters, anchored by a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and an M.B.A. from the Darden School of Business, allows him to dissect complex financial documents, equity structures, and employer pay practices with precision. This unique combination ensures his clients achieve maximum leverage, whether at the negotiating table or in the courtroom.

Outside of work, Spencer enjoys being in nature and recently picked up lobster diving. Spencer is always looking for a new trail for mountain biking and enjoys cooking with his wife and going on evening walks with his family.
